A flat price clean based on the size of the home. Add extras like the inside of the oven, fridge or cabinets when you book.
Full Deep Clean. For a seasonal clean, or a home that hasn't been professionally cleaned in a long time. We quote it individually and confirm the scope in writing before booking.
Tell us how we'll get in: you're home, a lockbox, a smart lock code, a hidden key, or another arrangement. Access codes and keys are used only for your scheduled visit and aren't recorded or shared beyond what your cleaner needs.
If we can't get in at the scheduled time, we'll reach out to reschedule.
Please tell us about any pets in your home, and any relevant sensitivities, before your first visit. If you request an essential oil scent, we'll confirm it's appropriate for your pets before using it.
We flag these instead of attempting them, and refer you to a specialist where appropriate.
If you're not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, tell us within 48 hours of the visit and we'll return to re-clean that specific concern at no additional charge. The guarantee covers work within the level of clean you selected.
