Prices are based on your home's size and the type of clean. You'll see your price before you book, and any change is confirmed with you first.

Our minimum price for any visit is $110.
New clients get 15% off their first clean when they book by December 31, 2026. We take it off the base clean when we confirm your booking, so it isn't shown here.

Regular visits are priced per visit and include a time allowance based on the size of your home, which we'll tell you when you book.
Move in and move out
A flat price clean of an empty home, based on its size. Homes over 2,500 square feet are quoted after we see the home.

Extras
Added to the visit price and confirmed with you before the visit. Tasks outside the level you choose aren't done unless you add them.

Paying for your clean
Payment is due at the time of service unless we agree otherwise in writing. We'll tell you which payment methods we accept when you book.
Recurring clients get at least 30 days' written notice before any price change. Homes outside Santa Paula, Ojai, Ventura and Oxnard may have a travel fee, which we confirm with you before scheduling.
